Hopefully, this type of events will help to attract more females to study physical sciences.

  • April 25-27 The EUROMECH Colloquium "Emerging topics in acoustic and mechanical metamaterials" is running in the beautiful Benicassim at the seaside of Spain. This is one of the first onsite meetings on metamaterials after the COVID pandemic. Thank you so much to every participant for coming and presenting recent research results!   • February 11 I will be giving a talk at the SPRINT Symposium at the UMCG at Groningen. Looking forward to introducing the metamaterial field to medical doctors.

Special thanks to the Organizing Committee for the wonderful dinner devoted to 50th anniversary of the famous Veselago paper. It was very inspiring!
